At Walden Section 5 HOA, we are proud to offer beautiful green spaces and easements for our residents to enjoy. These areas provide a peaceful and scenic environment for relaxation, outdoor activities, and community gatherings. One of our standout green spaces is Walden Point Park, a picturesque area with spectacular views of Lake Conroe. Residents can swim, fish, picnic, or just enjoy the beauty of this park.

Guidlines for Easements

Many homes are adjacent to open green spaces. Some of us like to leave the space in a natual state. Others like to mancure. These spaces are owned by the Section 5 HOA. Our policy is that these spaces are for the enjoyment of our neighborhood. Please speak with your neighbors to make sure all can enjoy in their own way. Feel free to trim things up, put out lawn chairs etc We only ask that you do not cut down trees, put up any permanent structures, or use the area to dump yard waste,
